Maybe it should be up a little higher and the rhino could be a little bigger and the ball could be going onto the shirts right shoulder.

Lovvvvelllly idea - however, it seems like the rhino is looking at the viewer, rather than at the ball... it'd be more obvious what he was doing if his head was pointing up a bit more to watch the ball, and his eyes were more obviously looking skyward.
