Ed Roth is who came to mind before I even read your comment. I am thrilled that you credited him!!! I would buy this in a heart beat!!

Le Coma,
There's not a joke involved. It's a creative play on a song's title (Hot Rod Lincoln by Commander Cody and His Lost Planet Airmen) in an amazing visual style ("Monster Hot Rod" style) that was popularized by an awesome artist (Ed Roth). |

This is one of my favorite Andy G designs... it's my wallpaper at work, and now I want the shirt!!!!! $5 BIG TIME BABY.

This is one on my favorite AndyG designs, I can't believe this score. I don't think it matters though, the peps at Threadless are good at recognizing greatness.

This design was inspired by an old rockabilly song of the same title (which had nothing to do with our 16th President.) I based the design of Lincoln on the classic Ratfink illustrations by Ed "Big Daddy" Roth.
