I can't say that my voting record is perfect and I admit that I don't get all of the refferences. Be it for cultural reasons, my age, sense of humor... But I do read the slogan and I try to look at all the angles. Is it universal, does it make sense, is it spelled correctly, have I seen it before, is it simple enough to get at first glance or interesting enough at first glance that the reader will take a moment to investigate further.

Are we honestly giving each other a fare shake with our votes or are we just marking everything "NO" and moving on?

I realize that a lot of submissions are just bad. A lot of them are actually just random thoughts that honestly, should get a no vote.

So how do you vote? What are you looking for? And, how much thought do you give to a possibly clever slogan before you hit "um, sucks" and move on?

I Revamped the original entry for better wording! Please vote again! Be Kind!

my concept is to have GLOW IN THE DARK GHOSTS around the text! and the test should say

Nothing exists in the dark that isn't there in the light...

I had to use up some of the text to explain the GID concept.

I don't know if there is even time for this and who knows if the slogan is worthy but, like everyone I'd love to be printed and next week is my birthday so here goes!!

What I propose is a contest of sorts...I'm offering to draw from the names of all of the people who vote for this design who post their name here after they vote and award one person a $50 gift certificate and a free shirt if the slogan gets printed!

so keep this post bumping if you will! I'll keep a running tally of the names down below! Thanks in advance for your votes!

I love the idea of slogan tees and I see a lot of god and not so good ideas get maybe 15 to 20 votes and then fall out of the loop. I've been gone for a few years and am a bit out of the loop myself. Someone mentioned slogan groups as an option... How do these work and how does one join?

I'm not saying that I have any winning slogans but I'd like a fighting chance and a forum in which to develope my skillz (you know the ones that pay the billz...)
