how do you get critiques on your designs

like i said in my last blog thing that i am new to this and i was wondering how you get critiques on your designs. do you just wait or is there tricks to getting more people to critique them. any help would be appreciated

Try critiquing other people's designs and giving them feedback. Then if you want, SUGGEST to them ( not spam them to death) if they would check you yours. Or post a blog like this and add your link to your critique with it.

Hello,
I looked over your designs up for critique, and I have an overall suggestion. Not sure what tools you use for your creations, but i think it would be worth a shot to try a different approach in your work (for future reference). You have the skill to illustrate different figures and ideas, but I feel the air-brush look takes away from them.
