How are the 12 club designs chosen? The designs are hand picked by the Threadless crew from all submissions received. It is possible that a guest designer may be asked to design a tee for some months which would bypass the submission process. The Threadless crew will take great care in choosing designs that are of top quality. I can't afford $200 outright. Is there any other way to pay? Sorry, we do not offer any payment plans other than the flat, one-year fee. Maybe you could put it on a credit card and pay it off that way. What happens to my subscription if I move? You can take it with you! Just email us the updated address and we'll change the delivery location. We will only be able to change the address if it is in the same country. Make sure you notify us of your move just before you change addresses so you can continue to receive each month's shirt. If you do not update your address in time and a shirt goes missing, we will not be able to replace it. Give me a timeline... When will my tees be shipped out? Here's the way it works. We ship your monthly tee by the 15th of each month unless we run into a printing problem. For example, for a membership that starts in February you can sign up between January 1st and January 30th. Then, we ship your first tee by February 15th. Keep in mind that when you sign up, your subscription will start the following month. So if you sign up in January, the first tee you get will be February. Where will my tees ship to and how do I change my shipping address? We will use the shipping address you entered at checkout as the shipping address for each month of your membership. If you are giving the membership as a gift, make sure you put in the recipients address for the shipping address. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact customer service. How do I order a previous month or this month's shirt? You can't! When you sign up for a subscription, your first month will be next month's shirt. True, this means that you will not know exactly which designs you will be getting over the 12 month period, but such is the exclusive-mysteriousness of the 12 club! What if I hate the tees, can I cancel my subscription? Sorry, no refunds on the 12 club tees. Once you sign up for the 12 club, there are no returns or cancellations on your purchase. Feel free to give them as a gift to a lucky someone! What about sizing? Can I change my size halfway through my subscription? Please click here for our size chart. Yes, you can change your size! If you get too fat or too skinny and no longer fit in your tee ... contact customer service and we can change the size associated with your subscription. Please note that your size change will take place the month after you've requested the change. We only print enough tees to fulfill the number of subscribers signed up and do not have extras for size change requests. |
